NO GUARANTEE / WARRANTY / ASSURANCES OF RESULTS WHATSOEVER NOT EVEN 1% CHANCES OF SUCCESS.

The patient/guardian/parent agree to the above mentioned conditions and are willing to pay for consultation, treatment and for medicines of their own free will.

The patient/guardian/parent will not demand any refund of any money that has been paid to Dr. Ranganath N. Nayak at any point of time - now or in the future , even if they are dissatisfied with the treatment or the results are not up to their expectations or for any other reasons whatsoever.

By submitting a request for an appointment consent to the aforementioned terms of booking/cancellation is implied.
