Terms and Conditions
By continuing to use this website and/or book any services/programmes, the user(patient/guardian/parent) is agreeing to following terms and conditions for the entire duration of the patient’s treatment and even after –
All bookings, membership sign ups, servicing and programme purchases, consultations and interactions will be made in the name of the patient and not anyone else. For minors/or anyone under guardianship, the parent/guardian would take full responsibility of terms and conditions of this website and Dr.Nayak’s services for the patient
The patient(or parent/guardian) gives his/her informed consent for any examination, checkups, investigations, treatment, therapies, consultation to be given or rendered to the patient by Dr. Ranganath N.Nayak or his employees or designated persons ( hereinafter referred to as Dr.Nayak for the sake of brevity and convenience).
This would include a detailed history pertaining to every aspect of the patient’s physical, mental, emotional or spiritual aspect of his/her life, inspection of my body, investigative procedures, advising of investigations to be carried out elsewhere, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual advice, counsel, treatment and therapy. The patient(or parent/guardian) willingly gives their full consent to this and any other procedure that would be suggested by Dr.Nayak.
The patient/(guardian/parent on behalf of patient) agrees to treatments including Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hypnosis, Yoga, Counselling, Massage and any other treatment that would be advised.
The patient/guardian/parent understands that the patient is being treated for their chronic disorders / diseases and that it will take minimum from 9 months to 3 years for observing any improvement. In this period, they understand that they will have to seek treatment for any acute health problems including any acute exacerbations of my chronic disorders for which they am being treated, by their family physician or appropriate specialist.
The patient(or parent/guardian) understands that these exacerbations (increase in symptoms and signs ) may occur in the course of treatment and will not hold Dr.Nayak or his staff / designated personnel responsible in any way. The patient(or parent/guardian) understands that Dr. Nayak is available only a few hours in a day a few days a week (which may change from time to time) and they will contact him only during these designated hours by booking consultation services as available on healthandhealing.co.in against payment of fees outlined there. They will not try and contact him at any other time. Any acute emergencies will have to be dealt with by other doctors in your vicinity/area.
It is the responsibility of the patient(or parent/guardian) to onboard and make aware details of the patient’s condition and treatment to any person(s) whose opinion they value before availing consultation/ programme with Dr.Nayak. The patient(or parent/guardian) understand that if their family/friends (spouse, parents, children, guardians etc.) potentially interfere with the treatment/consultation/programmes advised by Dr. Nayak; he can choose to cancel the plan at any instance without forfeiting the amount paid. In such a circumstance he will not be responsible for consequences arising thereof. The patient(or parent/guardian) shall stake no claims for any refund of money or compensation for examination, investigations, therapies or treatments or any consequences arising therefrom in such cases.
The patient(or parent/guardian) have read the above and in their clear mind and sense, and not being under any duress or being coerced by anyone, agree to all the above. The patient(or parent/guardian) absolves Dr. Ranganath N. Nayak or his team of any responsibility of all consequences of any diagnostic or treatment procedures or medicines prescribed or dispensed by Dr.Nayak and any other modality of treatment or advice rendered by him or his designated staff.
By continuing to use this website, and/or any services/programmes that are booked/availed by the patient(or parent/guardian), it is implied that the patient(or parent/guardian) agree to all the above terms and conditions.
